Project site will cover ( shoaibah – Taief pump station – Arafat pump station ) SWCC has embarked upon a security program which is aimed at ensuring compliance to HCIS (High Commission for Industrial Security) directives across all current facilities and new developments. This scope of work for SWCC Shoaibah details actions and processes that must be performed by the consortium to  achieve an integrated security solution compliant with HCIS requirements. The consortium must reflect the designs supply, installation, testing and commissioning

The main elements of Civil and Building work include

1. Outer Patrol Roads and Clear Zones for all elements and where applicable (about 10,000 LM)
2. Anti-Personnel Chain-link Fence (Class 4 &3 ,1) ( about 43,000 LM)
3. Internal Patrol Roads and Clear Zones about (10,000 LM)
4. Gate House Array, Gates, turnstiles, barriers, road blockers and bollards (Class 1 and 3)
5. Associated lighting and electrical works.
